Guarantee and In Store Credits
We guarantee your satisfaction with all Sefandi
bath products and beauty products. However, if you are not satisfied you may return any of our
all natural beauty products within 30 days of the purchase date, along with your receipt, for a merchandise exchange or an in
store credit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of our customers. We regret
that Sefandi does not refund original shipping costs with the return.
If you receive a damaged or defective bath or beauty product, we at Sefandi will promptly send
you a replacement or issue you a full in store credit after you have returned
the unused damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional
shipping or handling fees for replacement of such damaged or defective
shipments.
You
will receive your refund in the form of an online store credit to your account. There are just a couple of things to remember:
• Let us know if you would like a replacement or an in store credit (Shipping
charges are not refunded).
• The credit for your returned beauty products cannot be exchanged for cash or for
another product.
• Please remember to include a day time phone number where we may contact you if
we have any questions.
It takes up to 30 business days to process the return
or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the
gift recipient in the form of an online store credit
